XDOX is a subsidiary of Island Time Boating Centers, Inc., Consulting Division.

Guy has many years in corporate America in Senior Management at companies usch as XEROX, CPT, COLOROCS, INACOMP.

Guy started his own high-tech company (COPS, Inc.) and sold it to a publicly traded company.

Also involved in the Boating Industry, Guy started a Beneteau Dealership and sold it to move to Florida.

Since moving to New Smyrna Beach, Guy has been involved with several enterprises and served as CEO ot the Marine Discovery Center and was instrumental in the launch of the Water Taxi and the new Marina. He is past Treasurer of the Rotary Club.

Guy is a licensed USCG Maritime Officer (100ton , Sail, Towing).
Guy served in the USCG and is an Eagle Scout.
