We love our condo at VAIL. After 30+ years visiting Vail, we've decided we'd rather go sailing. Judy & I bought this unit in 1985 and have used it most every year. The complex was purchased by Marriott a few years back and they are doing a lot to improve the property and values. In a few years, it may be worth a lot more than our asking price of $5,000.

Caveat: We are not currently in the Marriott Vacation Program. We do share all the facilities and services with Marriott Streamside at Vail. Marriott required we install elevators and re-furbish the units and exterior. This is being done in the summer of 2009.

We are in VRI & II. You can swap weeks with major resorts. VRI manages resorts in nearby Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs BUT WHY, when Vail is so great. PLUS they have dozens of properties in FL, HI and other great spots.
